Our team focus is holistic in nature where we can help clients beyond Investment- Only services. We look to be able to help them on a wide variety of fiduciary issues up to preparation ideas for routine Plan audits and for an IRS or DOL audit.

Jim joined RBC Wealth Management in 2018 as the first advisor hired for their new office in Nashville, Tennessee. Previously, he was a Managing Director-Investments with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC, for nearly 10 years, where he was recognized as a member of their Premier Advisor group. Jim was also listed by the Financial Times on their national FT 400 and Top Financial Advisors list in 2017. Most recently, he was nominated and admitted as a member to the Retirement Advisors Council, a national organization of 150 members made up of advisors, asset managers and defined contribution service providers. These designations were earned by working with individuals and institutional clients, leading them through a refined and disciplined process to build a strategic framework and clarify their financial objectives.

In addition to his tenure at Wells Fargo, Jim’s experiences have been developed over 24 years of working with nationally prominent employee benefit consulting and investment firms. These firms offered him a global view of institutional retirement plan management, trusts, and individual high-net-worth portfolio construction. This holistic view has led him to build AID Wealth Solutions Group and promote the benefit for firms of using an advisory service that can offer insight and guidance on a multitude of issues related to retirement plans.

Jim received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University and has attained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) certification from Fi360.
