Karen is a nationally recognized retirement plan consultant and investment advisor with over 30 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining CAPTRUST, she held leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, American Funds, Morgan Stanley, and others. Karen holds a degree in economics from UC Davis and numerous FINRA licenses. She is active in the industry as Vice Chair of DCIIA RRC AIC, a board member of the Western Pension & Benefit Council, and a committee member of several women's leadership initiatives. Within CAPTRUST, Karen mentors colleagues through the Women's Mentoring Committee and Women's GROW Initiative. She volunteers as Chairman of the Outreach Alliance of Ventura County's Investment Committee and supports the Manna of Conejo Valley Food Bank. Karen is the proud mother of two and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her granddaughter and Labrador retriever.
