Joe joined CAPTRUST in 2024 and serves as a vice president and financial advisor. He helps clients find out-of-the-box solutions to the complex retirement plan challenges. Before joining CAPTRUST, Joe led the Florida-based retirement plan consulting team at OneDigital, where he eventually took on the Managing Principal role over the Tampa and Sarasota markets.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University where he was 4 year member of the NCAA Division 1 Men’s Ice Hockey team.  Joe has been named a NAPA Top Advisor Under 40, PLANADVISER Top 100 Retirement Plan Adviser, & Retirement Plan Advisor of the Year Finalist in 2024.  Joe is frequently quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, & Pensions & Investments.
