Amy Glynn has played an active role in the financial services marketplace for over 25 years, serving in corporate, entrepreneurial, board and volunteer capacities. Her experiences range from retirement plan and employee benefit consulting to wealth management, financial wellness and diversity advocacy. Amy brings decades of regulatory, compliance and thought leadership perspectives to the industry. Currently, Amy is a Managing Partner of GRP Advisor Alliance (GRPAA). She oversees the strategic development and deployment of GRPAA's business lines ranging from financial wellness and CITs, to FINTECH development and training. Prior to joining GRPAA, Amy founded the Pension Resource Institute (PRI), a nationwide firm assisting broker/dealers and RIAs with outsourced sales and compliance management systems. Amy has built hybrid Retirement Plan Consulting platforms at Calton & Associates in Tampa, Florida and Commonwealth Financial Network in Waltham, MA. Other roles include; managing Northeast Institutional Sales as VP of Sales at NY Life; CEO/Founder of the Women's Executive Network - recognized as "Start Up of the Year"(2000), Women's Business Journal; and Divisional Director of Retirement Sales at Smith Barney running the number one producing sales territory in the US for 5 consecutive years.
A recognized thought leader, Amy has been frequently published and is active on the national speaking circuit. She has volunteered for over a decade to NAPA, the industry's largest advocacy group for Retirement Plan advisors. From 2012 to 2014 she served on the NAPA 401(k) Summit Steering Committee. In 2014-2016 Amy was Founding Co-Chair of NAPA's WIRC, a women's advisor community and from 2016 -2018, a Founding Co-Chair of NAPA's NexGen Diversity Initiative. Amy served as President of Board of Directors of the Women in Pension Network's (WiPN) in 2015 and as chair of the the National Mentoring Program from 2012-2014. She is currently co-chair of Boston's Women on Boards 5050.
Amy is a graduate of Colgate University with a B.A. in English and Women's Studies.
